Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Benefits:
- Repair wallpaper and drywall.
- Painting; including surface preparation and basic drywall.
- Assisting with other maintenance projects and repairs as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
- 2-5 years of experience in painting and staining.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Ability to manage specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence.
- Basic attention to details and concern for the exact correctness of work.
- Ability to plan for, focus on, and complete tasks on time.
- Extremely task oriented with high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Must possess strong follow through on delegated tasks and assignments.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
- Significant walking or other means of mobility.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
