We're looking for an experienced and dependable **Box Truck & Semi Trailer Body Repair Technician** to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, have experience repairing commercial truck bodies and trailers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
* Repair damaged box truck and semi trailer bodies
* Replace and repair aluminum, steel, and fiberglass panels
* Perform structural repairs, floor replacements, roof repairs, and door repairs
* Weld, fabricate, and fit replacement components as needed
* Straighten frames and body components when applicable
* Prepare surfaces for painting and assist with refinishing when required
* Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and safety standards
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
**Qualifications:**
* Experience in commercial truck and/or trailer body repair preferred
* Welding and fabrication skills
* Ability to read work orders and perform repairs efficiently
* Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Valid driver's license preferred
* CDL is a plus, but not required
