Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records utilizing electronic health record system
- Conduct patient education and provide support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Develop meaningful long-term relationships
Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Maintains a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
