Position Details and Responsibilities

• 1:1 Patient Care
• Work with Pediatric/Adult Patients
• G-tube, trach, and/or ventilator care
• Electronic Documentation
• Patient Assessments
• In-person Care
• Developing Meaningful Long-term Relationships

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
