Pediatric Nurse - Home Care - LPN (North Metro)

Team Select Home Care is seeking outgoing, ambitious & nurturing pediatric nurses LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) for our clients located in North Metro (Isanti/Otsego/St. Cloud) and other surrounding areas.

POSITION TYPES: Full-time, Part-time, Day shift, Overnights, Weekends

SHIFTS: Flexible scheduling, 12-hour and 10-hour shifts.

COMPENSATION:

LPN's rates:

• $32 AM Shifts
• $36 NOC/Weekend Shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in home and community settings, ensuring adherence to care plans.
• Perform essential nursing tasks while monitoring patient health and progress.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to deliver effective health coaching and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a nurturing environment for children.

Minimum requirements: 1 year of nursing experience, not taking to NEW GRADS at this time.
