What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Nurse (LPN or RN) position at Team Select Home Care?
Team Select is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1-on-1 in-home nursing care for an adult female client in the Spokane, WA 99223 area.
This is an opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care in a home setting while building a consistent relationship with your client and family.
Position Details
- Location: Spokane, WA 99223
- Primary Days: Tuesday and Wednesday
- Shift Length: Up to 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: Consistent scheduling available
- LPN Pay: $34–$37 per hour
- RN Pay: $38–$42 per hour
Required Clinical Skills
The ideal candidate will have experience and confidence caring for clients with:
- Tracheostomy (Trach)
- Ventilator (Vent)
- G-button / G-tube
- Complex nursing needs in a home-care setting
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN or LPN license in good standing
- Successful completion of a Washington State background check
- Current/up-to-date TB test
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-Button care required
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's home
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the care team
