We're a high-production real estate team in Gig Harbor and we're looking for a sharp, self-directed Office Operations Coordinator to keep our office running at full speed. This is not a sit-and-wait role. We need someone who shows up ready to execute, takes ownership without being asked, and treats the office like it's their own business.
What you'll own:
- Office environment — cleanliness, supplies, printer, mail, vendor coordination
- Listing appointment prep — Highnote, folders, video books, market update numbers
- New agent onboarding experience
- Google review monitoring and routing
- SOP maintenance
- Team meeting prep, closing gift orders, and operational logistics
- IT coordination and office cleaner management
- Status check-ins with our external Event Coordinator and other vendors
You're the right fit if you:
- Move fast and think ahead — problems get solved before they reach leadership
- Are highly organized but flexible when the day shifts
- Don't need to be told twice — or once, ideally
- Take pride in execution quality at every level, from trash to listing prep
- Communicate directly and professionally with agents, vendors, and clients
- Are proficient in Google Workspace; real estate experience a plus, not required
This role does not include:
- Transaction coordination (handled by our TC team)
- Listing marketing or social media (handled by our Digital Listing Specialist)
- Agent forms and offers support (handled by our senior agent on staff)
- Real Estate agent activities
- Prefer non-licensed candidate
How success is measured:
At the end of each week, our CEO should be able to say the office ran without her touching it. That's the bar.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
