And we truly don't care how big you scale it. Want to run hard and stack a heavy year? We're built for that. Would rather close 6–12 deals a year on your own terms? Just as welcome. You choose the pace; we keep the pipeline full.

What you take on

What you need
- An active Massachusetts real estate license, or one in progress — newer agents are welcome
- A phone, a car, and the drive to work the leads you request
This is a 1099 independent-contractor, commission-based opportunity — you run your own business, and we provide the pipeline.
