What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring top-tier satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the go-to expert, providing tailored solutions and expert guidance on emergency and restoration services.
- Oversee project scopes, timelines, and budgets, negotiating approvals and managing contract compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless service, developing customized reports, invoices, and strategic plans.
- Track and analyze account performance, deliver regular updates to leadership, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term partnerships through proactive communication and exemplary service.
Who You Are:
- An experienced professional with 5 years in account management or sales—preferably within emergency services, restoration, insurance, or related fields.
- Skilled in building relationships at all levels, from field staff to executive leadership.
- An excellent communicator, capable of influencing, negotiating, and presenting with confidence.
- A strategic thinker with strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple projects with precision.
- Proficient in CRM tools (like Dash), Microsoft Office, and industry-specific software.
