What You'll Do as a Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate:
- Perform final inspections on furniture to ensure quality and appearance standards are met
- Stage products for shipment in an organized and efficient manner
- Wrap furniture to protect it during transport
- Load furniture onto trucks for delivery
- Transport parts across the Mill and Factory buildings to the correct departments or storage locations
- Handle a variety of furniture types, including upholstered pieces and wood casework
- Lift and move heavy items throughout the day (up to 75 lbs.)
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe workspace
Our Ideal Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate:
- Experienced: Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus; forklift experience is preferred
- Team-Oriented: Works well with others in a collaborative warehouse environment
- Reliable: Shows up consistently and takes responsibility for getting the job done right
- Physically Capable: Comfortable with lifting, moving, and staying active throughout the day

What We Offer Our Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate:
- $18/hour based on experience
- Monday-Thursday 6:30 am-4:00 pm, Friday 6:30 am-10:30 am schedule
