What You'll Do as an IT Systems Integrator:
- Implement and maintain integrations across CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and web platforms
- Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, effective technical solutions
- Configure, test, and deploy hardware and software to ensure system compatibility and performance
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly
- Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, recommending improvements and staying current on cybersecurity best practices
- Provide hands-on IT support, including user setup, onboarding/offboarding, and resolving day-to-day technical issues
Our Ideal IT Systems Integrator:
- Experienced: 2 years in systems integration, IT infrastructure, or a related role; strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems; knowledge of cybersecurity best practices; AI exposure is helpful but not required.
- Problem-solver: Able to take an idea and turn it into a structured, workable system while solving problems that help others do their jobs more effectively.
- Process-oriented: Creates structure, improves workflows, and builds systems that support daily operations.
- Persistent & Adaptable: Follows through to completion, works through challenges, and adjusts as systems and needs evolve.
- Tech-savvy: Experience with SQL, basic networking, and HTML; able to research new tools and implement them effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Able to perform light lifting, bending, and crawling as needed.
