Lichty Brothers, Inc. is a family-owned automotive repair company that has served Lancaster County for over 75 years. In addition to collision repair, the company now offers full mechanical and general automotive services through M&M General Repair as part of Lichty Brothers. What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Help customers in person, over the phone, and by email—answering questions and keeping things moving.
- Walk customers through the repair process, from scheduling and drop-off to pick-up.
- Create a welcoming environment and make customers feel comfortable while they're in the shop.
- Coordinate paperwork, loaner or rental cars, and other service-related details.
- Follow up with customers after service to make sure they're satisfied.
- Keep schedules organized and support the team with customer files and estimates.
- Prepare billing, collect payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Communicate with customers, team members, and vendors to keep everything on track.
Our Ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Experienced: 2 years of customer service experience required. Comfortable using basic computer systems and willing to learn new software.
- People-focused: Communicates clearly, builds relationships easily, and genuinely cares about helping others.
- High Integrity: Handles every interaction with honesty and takes responsibility for their actions.
- Solutions-oriented: Listens to customer needs and works to find the best solution in each situation.

What We Offer Our Customer Service Representative:
- Full-time position, typically Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM with some flexibility
- $17-$22 per hour, depending on experience
