What You'll Do as a CNC Operator
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including routers and mills, for production runs.
- Load materials and verify proper machine setup before starting jobs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Record production data and communicate any issues to supervisors.
- Coordinate with production and assembly teams to meet daily output goals.
Our Ideal CNC Operator
- Experienced CNC Operator: Brings at least 2 years of CNC experience, preferably working with wood, plastic, or poly materials.
- Mechanically Inclined: Understands machine operation, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Blueprint Reader: Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus.
- Reliable Worker: Shows up consistently, works hard, and follows through on responsibilities. Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Team-Oriented: Works well with production and assembly teams to keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Values-Driven: Aligns with a culture built on integrity, respect, humility, and continuous improvement.

- $24-$28/hour based on experience
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 6:00 am-4:30 pm with steady, year-round work
