A & A Renovations, founded over 23 years ago, is a growing residential remodeling company looking for dependable crew members to join our team. Whether you already have construction experience or you're eager to learn the trade, we're looking for people with a great attitude who want to grow with us long-term. We specialize in high-end residential exterior remodeling projects throughout the West Chester, Bryn Mawr, and King of Prussia areas.
What You'll Do as a Construction Crew Member
- Work alongside an experienced crew on high-end residential exterior remodeling projects.
- Contribute your existing skills while continuing to learn new ones through hands-on experience and training.
- Take on a variety of hands-on construction work, from exterior renovations to custom outdoor projects.
- Work with tools, materials, and the crew to keep projects moving and deliver quality results.
- Grow into additional responsibilities, including opportunities to drive the crew and equipment to local job sites.
- Take pride in completing high-quality work as part of a close-knit team.

- Positive Attitude & Team Player: Be friendly, easy to work with, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- Comfortable with Physical, Outdoor Work: Be ready to work outdoors, climb ladders, work at heights, use tools, and lift up to 80 lbs.
