Responsibilities
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry, including property owners, brokers, and corporate clients.

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the commercial real estate landscape.
- Lead negotiations on complex deals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining positive client rapport.
