We are looking for an Operations Manager who enforces execution across the company.
This role is responsible for ensuring that every person in the organization does what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and at the level expected.
You are not here to “check in” on work. You are here to ensure work gets done.
This is a high-accountability role that requires firmness, clarity, and control. You must be comfortable holding people to their commitments, pushing through resistance, and eliminating anything that slows production.
Core Responsibilities
A. Company-Wide Production Enforcement
Ensure every role in the company is producing its defined outputs consistently
Track commitments across all departments and enforce completion
Hold team members accountable to deadlines, deliverables, and standards
Identify missed targets immediately and drive resolution
Eliminate excuses, confusion, and non-performance
B. Prediction vs Result Tracking
Ensure every team member defines clear weekly and daily production targets
Track Prediction Statistics versus Result Statistics across the organization
Maintain visibility on performance trends and gaps
Report production status directly to leadership
Drive accuracy between what is promised and what is delivered
C. Bottleneck Identification & Removal
Identify anything slowing or preventing production across teams
Step in to resolve issues quickly and decisively
Coordinate across departments to remove roadblocks
Ensure workflows remain efficient, clear, and aligned
D. Accountability & Performance Management
Run regular accountability check-ins with staff
Ensure individuals understand what they are responsible for producing
Reinforce standards consistently across all teams
Escalate or resolve underperformance as needed
Maintain a culture where commitments are taken seriously
E. Training & Execution Support
Identify when lack of performance is due to lack of clarity or skill
Coordinate or deliver training to improve execution
Ensure every team member knows how to complete their responsibilities
Continuously improve production systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
•This role is well-suited for individuals who have thrived in environments that demand discipline, accountability, and consistent execution. Military backgrounds, Logistics backgrounds, including roles involving training, enforcement of standards, and operational leadership, are highly relevant.
• 3 years in operations management, or performance-driven environments
• Strong ability to manage people, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple departments
• Proven track record of driving execution and holding teams accountable
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Direct, confident communicator who can enforce standards without creating chaos
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, or performance metrics is a plus
