Quality Control Technician

Pay Range: $20 - $27 per hour

About the Role

Team 360 Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support manufacturing operations for one of our clients in Dixon, CA. This role is responsible for inspecting concrete products and production processes, performing quality tests, documenting inspection results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have prior quality control or concrete experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read production drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect cast floats, float assemblies, metal fabrications, hardware components, and lumber
• Inspect the casting process per drawing requirements
• Perform concrete tests per ACI / PCI and customer specifications
• Document and record QC activities; scan production and inspection documents
• Conduct safety tasks and inspections under the company's Safety Program

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of QC experience; concrete or inspection background is a strong plus
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Tech Grade 1 Certification (required)
• Ability to obtain PCI QC Technician Levels 1 & 2 within 12 months of hire
• Ability to read production and shop drawings
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; document scanner experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (drug-free workplace)

Work environment:

• Primarily indoor/office-adjacent work with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions, moving equipment, and moderate noise.
• Some physical activity, including standing, walking, and close-detail visual inspection.
