- Start time: 8:30 AM (4 hours minimum or up to 6 depending on workload)
About the Role
Team 360 Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers for a one-day assignment unloading a shipping container. This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting, unloading, and stacking heavy bags onto pallets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Unload a shipping container by hand.
- Lift and move 50 lb bags throughout the shift.
- Stack bags neatly onto pallets.
- Follow safety procedures while working.
- Maintain a strong work pace to complete the unloading efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
- Able to work in hot warehouse conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
