· 2 days on, 2 off → 3 days on, 3 off
· Shift rotation every 2.5 months (Day/Night)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating production machinery, performing quality control inspections, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing with opportunities for growth and skill development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sort, count, and prep materials for cutting and wrapping.
Accurately measure and operate production machinery.
Monitor machine codes and make necessary adjustments.
Report defects or errors to supervisors.
Follow strict safety protocols at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Education: High School Diploma or GED.
✅ Basic English comprehension & communication.
✅ Ability to stand for entire 12-hour shift.
✅ Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
✅ Steel-toe shoes required.
✅ Warehouse experience a plus (not required).
