Team 360 Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support the manufacturing and packaging process on our client’s production line. This role is responsible for ensuring products are produced, packaged, and handled according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Details:
- 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off.
Rotation of AM to PM every 2.5 months.
12 hours long, from 7 AM to 7 PM, or 7 PM to 7 AM.
Pay:
- $21/hr (overtime opportunities available).

Responsibilities:
- Sort, count, and prep materials for cutting and wrapping.
- Accurately measure and operate production machinery.
- Monitor machine codes and make necessary adjustments.
- Report defects or errors to supervisors.
- Follow strict safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Basic English comprehension & communication.
Ability to stand for an entire 12-hour shift.
Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Steel-toe shoes required.
Warehouse experience is a plus (not required).
