Material Handler
Location: Benicia, CA
Pay: $25.00–$26.00/hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
About the Role
Team 360 Staffing is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Material handler to support the daily operations of a growing wholesale and retail wine business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow with a well-established company.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders using RF scan guns and visual identification.
- Prepare and ship orders to wholesale and retail customers using carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight services.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately enter inbound inventory into the warehouse system.
- Organize inventory, perform put-away tasks, and conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all safety procedures while working around forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a process-driven production or distribution environment.
- Experience with receiving, inventory management, cycle counting, and pick-and-pack operations.
- Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cool warehouse environment for extended periods.
- Safety-conscious with the ability to recognize when assistance is needed.
