CNC Machinist – Now Hiring Pay depending on Experience $20-$55

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining precision CNC equipment to manufacture high‐quality parts and tools. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Setup & Operation
- Set up CNC machines, including tool registers, offsets, switches, and job-specific programming.
- Operate lathes, drills, mills, and other precision equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Conduct equipment testing, replace worn or damaged parts, and maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
Quality Control
- Inspect all finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
- Complete and maintain all required inspection reports and documentation.
Programming & Documentation
- Create and update programming documentation outlining step-by-step machine setup and production processes.
- Adjust programming as needed for new jobs or changes in specifications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical, mechanical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with CNC programming software and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Skilled in using hand tools and measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators.
- Strong math skills and excellent eye–hand coordination.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of CNC safety procedures and regulations.
Preferred Experience
- Previous CNC Machinist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with milling, lathing, and drilling equipment.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
