Position: Machine Operator
Location: Glendale Heights, IL
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machines, preparing materials, and ensuring that all parts meet quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team, this could be a great opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
- Read and follow job instructions, sketches, and technical information
- Set up and prepare your work area (cleaning, organizing trays, carts, etc.)
- Operate machines according to instructions
- Inspect parts to make sure they meet quality standards
- Load and organize parts on trays, carts, or boxes based on job requirements
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment

- 2–3 years of related experience OR a technical certificate (or equivalent combination)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions)
- Ability to read and understand instructions, safety rules, and manuals
- Basic computer knowledge
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Comfortable moving between machines and using stairs
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move carts as needed
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with machinery in operation
- Moderate noise level
- Environment may be dusty or dirty
