Position Overview
Position: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Monroe, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time (Staffing-to-Permanent)

Compensation & Shift
- Schedule: 4:30 AM- 1:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $28.00/h
Essential Responsibilities
- Promptly performs troubleshooting assessments, repairs and maintenance functions in response to service calls and emergency calls plant wide.
- Performs schedule preventative maintenance on all processing equipment as assigned byMaintenance manager.
- Conducts daily inspections on equipment.
- Completes routine maintenance and repairs on processing equipment & building.
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures.
- Responds to change productively and handles other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Experience and technical knowledge of the following:
- Mechanical: Gear ratios, torque, alignment, and lubrication.
- Electrical: Voltage, amperage, circuitry, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) logic.
- Fluid Power: Hydraulics and pneumatics (how liquid and air pressure create movement).
- Welding skills a plus
- Motivated self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a team
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Mandatory Requirements
