At Team 360 Staffing, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience selling services in Dallas, AZ.
This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who understands the local market, knows how to open doors, and can close strategic partnerships within the staffing industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of proven experience selling services in the Dallas market
- Strong track record in B2B sales and business development
- Experience generating new business through:
- Cold calling
- Prospecting
- On-site client visits
- Relationship building
- Ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts strategically
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Actively prospect and develop new clients in Dallas
- Visit client offices and build strong in-person relationships
- Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach
- Drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the market
- Represent Team 360 Staffing with professionalism and strategic vision
