Sacred Heart School is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic STEM teacher at the start of the 2026-2027 school year.  The STEM Teacher & Technology Support Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on STEM instruction while also supporting the school’s technology infrastructure through repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.  Sacred Heart School is a faith and family-focused school in West Des Moines, IA.  We are dedicated to helping our students grow in knowledge and faith through quality education and a supportive learning environment. Support is provided for staff through Diocesean (District) leadership and professional learning communities. 

Bachelor’s degree in STEM field, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Certification by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners                                      Catholic affiliation is preferred by not required
