Van Buren County CSD is accepting applications for an Anticipated Full Time Maintenance Custodian
Job Summary:
Performs general custodial duties as assigned by the Director of Transportation and Grounds/Maintenance while following and complying with all District policies.
Job duties may include but are not limited to:
- general maintenance of building and grounds
- ensures work is being done in compliance with all applicable codes
- cleaning activities (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc)
- assists in the accomplishment of maintenance of buildings and grounds
- uses equipment properly
- completes time and material reports as required
- other duties as assigned
Selected candidate will be required to obtain a CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements within 6 months of employment. Van Buren Co. CSD will cover the cost of required training.
