We are looking for a strong communicator and natural leader to join our team at TE Certified. We are hiring an additional Call Center Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our customer service team and ensure every customer receives a consistent 5-star experience. Key Responsibilities
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of CSRs
- Monitoring call performance, KPIs, and service quality
- Overseeing scheduling, dispatch coordination, and workflow efficiency
- Handling escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensuring accurate customer records and proper documentation
- Collaborating with field managers and department leaders to streamline operations
- Leading team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and team productivity
- Supporting a positive, high-energy, and service-minded team environment

- 3–5 years of call center or customer service experience
- 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience ideally in a call center environment
- Home service industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) strongly preferred
- Microsoft Teams, Ring Central, and Service Titan experience is a big plus!
- Strong communicator with excellent phone presence and written communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Dependable, punctual, and solution-driven
- A motivating leader who leads by example and builds strong team culture
