Position: Lawn Maintenance HelperRequirements
- Clean background check (required for all employees)
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right person)
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop daily
- Comfortable using or learning to use equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
Responsibilities
- Assist crew leaders with daily lawn maintenance tasks
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general yard cleanups
- Help load/unload equipment and maintain tools
- Follow directions from crew leaders and adhere to job site standards
- Ensure properties are left clean and professionally maintained
- Provide courteous service to customers when needed
Schedule
- Monday through Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- Full-time hours with overtime available during peak season
