Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance Worker and help create beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces! Duties
- Mow lawns using riding or push mowers, ensuring even cutting and proper edging for a polished look
- Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges with hand tools or power equipment to maintain healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and weed control
- Operate equipment including excavators, irrigation systems, snow plows, and other landscaping machinery safely and efficiently
- Install or repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, or retaining walls as part of larger landscaping projects
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
- Assist with gardening activities and general site cleanup to uphold high standards of property presentation
Experience
- Prior experience with lawn care, landscaping, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating and maintaining power tools and landscaping equipment
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as tree care, pruning, mowing, and irrigation systems is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward property upkeep and customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of horticulture principles or construction-related skills will enhance your effectiveness in this role
- Must have drivers license
