Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our crew. This role involves hands-on work across various residential projects, including demolition, site prep, material handling, cleanup, assisting supervisors, picking up materials from vendors. Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction tasks including loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and county dump runs
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Uphold safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Prior construction experience preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday, 8am – 4:30
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
