Install commercial plumbing systems including water, waste, vent, and storm drainage
Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping systems (cast iron, copper, steel, PVC, CPVC, PEX)
Install fixtures, valves, backflow devices, pumps, and related components
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and isometric drawings
Layout piping routes and supports per plans and site conditions
Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and system inspections
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and project specifications
Coordinate work with foremen, superintendents, and other trades
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Mentor apprentices and helpers as needed
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards
Journeyman Plumber license
4 years of commercial plumbing experience
Proven experience on New Construction Commercial projects
Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate layouts
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, bending, working at heights or in confined spaces)
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Experience with large-scale commercial projects (healthcare, office, data centers, schools, industrial facilities)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience leading small crews or mentoring apprentices
