What You’ll Do:
- Service, Operates, Maintains and Troubleshoots more complex Chillers (air - cooled chillers, centrifugal chillers, water - cooled chillers) systems.
- Coordinates work processes on large projects. Performs disassembly and reassembly of large commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement. Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
- Completes service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls as directed. Develops long-term relationships with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction.
- Ability to provide customer solutions to customers. Communicates and documents project status to all project stakeholders.
- Participates in technician on-call-stand-by rotation as dictated by business unit policies and procedures.
- Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven track record with 5-7 years of specialized experience in Commercial Chiller Service, demonstrating deep technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Experience with centrifugal and screw chillers (Trane, York, Carrier, Daikin, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills on 200–1000 ton systems
