- Offer insights and recommendations that add value beyond the initial sale.
- Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- 7 years of experience in construction, building systems, or facilities management.
- Knowledge of local codes and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in project solutions (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in estimating software and CRM tools.
- Self-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.
