What You’ll Do:
- Managing end-to-end account setup from application to new customer account
- Providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting, and proposing solutions
- Identifying root causes of customer concerns and process issues
- Maintain customer account data
- Assist with internal account requests
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma required; preferred Associate's Degree in Business & Analytics
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and ability to interact with higher management
- Strong organizational, time management, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure and maintain confidentiality
- Quick learner with a proficiency in using computer systems and applications
