You'll meet with existing customers either during the pre-construction phase or on the day of install, giving you the chance to present additional products and premium upgrades that elevate their home—and your commissions.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with current customers to review orders, walk the property, and uncover upsell opportunities (windows, doors, siding, gutters, and more)
- Present tailored product upgrades in a consultative, solution-oriented manner
- Set clear expectations to ensure a seamless, high-quality installation experience
- Collect signatures and payments for addendums when applicable
- Represent the Thompson Creek brand with professionalism and integrity—building rapport, earning referrals, and cultivating lifelong customers
- Occasionally support hyper-local marketing efforts around active project sites

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. The posted range reflects annual earnings from the past three years, including both new hires and top performers. Individual results will vary based on performance, availability, and market demand.
Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $340,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $400,000 per year.
All new hires receive 90 days of paid training at $1,384.62 bi-weekly (base pay plus commission). After the training period, compensation is entirely commission-based.
