What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reverse Recruiter / Candidate-Side Recruiter position at Consultant Exit?
Company Description
We help management consultants (Big 4, MBB, Tier 2, and boutique firms) make a smooth, strategic transition into their next career move — without the stress, wasted time, and uncertainty of a traditional job search.
- We’re the only career transition service built specifically for management consultants, by a former consultant who’s been through the exact challenges they face.
- We combine clarity coaching, brand positioning, and done-for-you job search execution into one solution. We’re not a resume mill — we’re a high-touch, results-driven service that gets clients interviews faster than they can on their own.
About the Founder
San has spent 10 years in management consulting with Deloitte, Accenture, and Oracle before building multiple location-independent businesses. After leaving consulting twice — once unplanned, once strategically — he created Consultant Exit to help others make the leap without the mistakes he made.
