Perform all mid-level logistical activities pertaining to the receiving, storage, kitting, inventory, and shipping of all materials delivered to, managed by, and shipped from TCOM, L.P. Stock and restock inventory locations within the assigned locations. Assist as needed, prepare, update, and submit status reports, cycle counts, property stock records, and other warehouse best practice paperwork.

Working Procedure

Base of Knowledge — Understand all direct and indirect knowledge by observation, training and overall instructions given by supervisor, and team members.

  • Assist as needed in obtaining needed and required information and knowledge from different sources, both external and internal (e.g. freight bills, packing lists, receipt travelers, pick lists, company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and shipping documents.)
  • Consult team members as needed for tenured advice on
  • Maintain an overall working knowledge of the International Organization of Standards (ISO) protocols associated with materials and warehousing methodology.
  • Obtain an understanding and working knowledge for of TCOM LP’s internal operational programs (e.g. ERP Deltek Costpoint, IBM Cognos Analytics, and DataMill RepairData )
  • Validate the accuracy and correctness of materials and documents as they are related throughout all

Physical Material Management and Transportation— Handling, lifting, pulling, and pushing of items occurring during daily work-related activities.

  • Assist with the unloading of large and small trucks and individual packages in accordance with current best practices and company
  • Daily task of moving materials throughout the processes may require sustained body movements (push, pulling, turning, lifting, and squatting to complete assigned tasks.)
  • Assist in the overall strategic equipment and work area cleanliness, organization, while maintaining an area free of debris and
  • Work with direct leadership to understand and improve all directly related company SOPs and overall work
  • Determine and annotate (as needed) storage, tracking, and issuing of all material including, but not limited to, company and government owned property.
  • Always uphold the highest level of safety and TCOM LP
  • Load, unload, or stack containers, boxes, materials, or
  • Ability to correctly lift, carry, and move 50lbs as
  • Ability to correctly physical movement of 50lbs or greater with mechanical advantage (e.g. Dolly, pallet jack,)
  • Assist with overall reinforcement of day to day work environment focused on proper ergonomics and a safety-first

Communication — Face-to-Face (F2F) and virtual communication are an essential part of daily tasks.

  • Operate different forms of technology, computers, and a multitude of databases to enter, retrieve, and monitor transactions; print documents, labels, and reports daily.
  • Monitor, manage, and create as needed a work calendar and email platform (OUTLOOK) on company provided
  • Ability to communicate via email and face-to-face with both internal and external team members, leaders, partners, vendors, and organizations on a dynamic level and timeline.
  • Assets as needed with providing information to, or requesting from, supervisors, co-workers, and other employees of internal departments and external operation, as necessary, by telephone, written form, e-mail, or in-person.
  • Assist in the coordination and team effort to ensure all items meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) within the prescribed timeline by properly communicating (E.g. Stock outages, shipment delays, and misidentified items.)
  • Assist in maintaining an open and honest line of communication, for ideas and process

Perform Other Duties And Responsibilities As Assigned.

Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirement: Five years’ experience in warehousing operations and inventory controls. Experience in DoD manufacturing operations preferred.

In compliance with state and local laws, the salary range for this role is $39,367 - $56,000. The range provided is a general guideline and good faith estimate representative of all experience levels but is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. TCOM considers several factors when extending an offer including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, a candidate’s experience, education/training, key skills, internal equity, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

The specific programs, options and eligibility may vary depending on date of hire, classification, and schedule type.
