Schedule: Monday – Friday; 6 AM – 4 PM (4 days a week, 10 hours a day, actual days of the week will vary by individual person's schedule)

Responsibilities
- Production Line Team Leads ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows
- Ensuring that materials and supplies are in a positive flow
- Ensure that machines are functional, and the production facilities adhere to safety standards
- Focuses on driving Safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develops, implements, and enforces operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue.
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Backfill employees and run machines as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of production supervision experience, preferably in a food, beverage, or supplement manufacturing environment (liquid and powder processing experience highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in production scheduling, reporting, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
