Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/annually
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to leadership and staff, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases with a high level of confidentiality.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including booking flights, ground transportation, and accommodations.
- Manage housing accommodations for visiting employees, contractors, and guests, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and comfort during their stay.
- Process travel reimbursements and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate daily lunch for all employees enrolled in the lunch program.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing materials and scheduling training sessions.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
