TCG Cleaning and Facility Services, a reputable company serving the Rockland County and surrounding areas for over two decades, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Support Supervisor. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services and providing essential support to the field operations supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the field operations supervisor in coordinating and overseeing field operations,
- Assist in managing one-time projects including post-construction cleaning, carpet shampooing, and similar tasks.
- Support the post-construction team or any one time job that are running smooth and to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and reputation through exceptional service delivery.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies, to meet operational requirements.
- Visit various client locations to oversee operations, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Previous experience in a support or supervisory role within the cleaning and facility services industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively assist in managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain strong client and employee relationships.
- Ability to travel to different client locations as required.
