What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Sanitation Team Member responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the plant, including equipment, floors, walls, drains, and production areas. This role requires proper handling and use of sanitation chemicals, following food safety and lockout procedures, and working with cleaning equipment, ladders, lifts, and catwalks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work
Work Location: On-siteat our Ellensburg Location.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
• Knowledge of how machinery is assembled and disassembled, knowledge of cleaning requirements, use of sanitation chemicals, use of PPE, LOTO, Fall Prevention, and other safety programs.
Essential Physical Abilities:
Must be able to move around machinery including climbing, squatting, reaching, and walking the entire shift. Able to work with chemicals. Lifting between 40-50 pounds. Must be available to
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions, work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all repack equipment after use, assuring that is left in a ready-to -run condition.
- Clean and maintain in an organized condition cold room, scale mezzanine and packaging room.
- Follow all safety protocols (LOTO, Fall Prevention, PPE use)
- Disassemble/assemble packaging equipment as needed.
- Use all sanitation chemicals necessary in a safe and effective manner.
- Store all tools and utensils in designated area.
- Communicate mechanical problems to Repack Sani Lead and/or Maintenance staff.
- Complete all required documentation in proper manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
