Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
We are looking to add a Sales Operations/Customer Service Intern to our Commercial team. As part of this program, the intern will experience learning from and supporting two different teams within Commercial (sales). This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about different teams in Commercial that support our field sales with various projects and deliverables. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:
- Support various teams in the development and implementation of process enhancements.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to inform operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects aimed at optimizing efficiency.
- Support the preparation of presentations for internal stakeholders regarding sales performance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales strategies and processes.

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements
- Rising senior undergraduate, or in a graduate program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be located in Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations
The salary range for this position is $25.
Salary : $3 - $25
