What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Callas Kingsley Electrical Sales?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries (quoting and product questions), processing orders received, and processing returns. This includes collaborating with manufacturers for proper communication of information to customers and with fellow employees who are fulfilling the order.
A great match for this position will be a person who has a great work ethic, is detail orientated, organized, has the ability to multitask, and possesses great customer service skills.
What you will do:
- Respond to customer requests and sell products/services
- Execute quote and product availability requests
- Execute Sales efforts in a professional manner that reflects positively Callas Kingsley and its partners
- Work with manufacturer partners to improve service levels and market share
- Step in wherever possible to support sales efforts
Who are you are:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years related sales experience and/or training
- Computer operation experience (Microsoft Office, etc)
- Previous electrical manufacturing or electrical/industrial distribution experience (preferred, not required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
