Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Business Analyst – Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics to support the Supply Chain organization by delivering data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making and operational excellence. This role designs and maintains dashboards and reports, validates complex data, and translates insights into clear, actionable stories for stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities include:
- Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated or ad-hoc reports using Power BI and Tableau. Integrate workflows across systems and improve reporting efficiency using AI insights and tools like Power Automate.
- Data Analysis & Quality: Collect, clean, analyze, and validate complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity. Use AI assisted tools (i.e. Copilot) to aid in exploration, anomaly detection and pattern identification. Validate data integrity. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, correlations and outliers.
- Business Storytelling: Develop clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that translate data into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and project scope.
- Communications: Own and produce the Supply Chain monthly newsletter, sharing performance highlights, insights, and key updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement reporting automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Project Management: Plan and execute analytics and reporting initiatives by managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
The Perfect Blend: Experience
- 2 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful business conclusions.
- Experience with AI -assisted productivity tools (e.g. Chat GPT, MS Copilot, Claude), ability to formulate effective prompts for data analysis and insight generation
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Python or similar for data manipulation
- Automate repetitive data preparation, reporting, and validation tasks, integrate workflows across systems using tools like Power Automate. Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through AI and scripting, NLP and basic machine learning (preferred)
- Outcome-Oriented skill
- Ability to balance competing priorities with limited direction in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong project reporting and cross-functional communication skills.
