We are actively recruiting for our long-time client who is seeking an experienced RE Closer for their Perimeter location in metro Atlanta (zip code 30346).
This firm offers an awesome working environment that is in office full time with room for growth and advancement. Total compensation package to include: Salary per file closing bonuses, Health, Dental, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401k plan, Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program and Expense Reimbursement.
General knowledge of how to prepare a settlement statement and balancing a file with lender instructions and funding. Note, these are residential files, not commercial. Experience as a Closer from a law firm is highly preferred.
- Maintain communication with all parties, ensuring the sale adheres to company policies and regulations.
- Ordering title searches, preparing title policies, and resolving property tax issues.
- Softpro experience is a plus but not required.
Salary : $60,000 - $72,500
