Role Description The Real Estate Pre-Closer is a full-time, on-site role initially based in Alpharetta, GA. This role prepares closing files by reviewing contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. The Pre-Closer coordinates with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to gather required information, resolve discrepancies, and confirm closing details and timelines. Daily tasks include providing the utmost customer service, utilizing Qualia, tracking outstanding items, and communicating any changes to the closing team. The Pre-Closer supports attorneys and closers by constantly communicating with all parties, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring that closings are timely.
Qualifications
- Experience with real estate closings and familiarity with residential real estate transactions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and the internal team.
- Proficiency with Qualia or comparable closing and title software, and comfort working with digital records.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a law firm, title company, or closing office is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic real estate and lending terminology and closing procedures.
- Ability to work initially on-site in Alpharetta, GA and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or paralegal studies are a plus.
