Unique Litigation Associate opportunity with a well-rounded, down-to-earth, AmLaw firm and great Managing Partner mentorship. Our client is looking to add 2 Associates with anywhere from 2-7 years of experience to touch on a wide-variety of matters to include, but not limited to: insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, product liability, etc. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn additional areas of law! This is a defense firm with work/life balance and heavy bonus' throughout the year.
Additional:
- Must be barred in TX
- Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required
- Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings
- Deposition experience
- Courtroom experience
