Join a dynamic, fast-paced firm as an HR Coordinator, providing essential administrative and recruiting support to the Head of HR and Recruiting team. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a high-performance corporate setting and enjoys handling both HR operations and recruiting logistics.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews and manage the full onboarding process, including background checks and documentation.
- Support campus and experienced hire recruiting, including scheduling, event coordination, and travel logistics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (digital and hard copy).
- Assist with training sessions, orientations, and HR reporting.
- Track employee time-off and prepare monthly reports.
- Handle ad hoc HR projects and provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of administrative experience; HR or recruiting experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus.
