Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide varying levels of support to Human Resources team, in the areas of Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, HR Policy, HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to understand and support their daily requirements
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, and candidate travel
- Support employee engagement initiatives and trainings
- Oversee new hire onboarding logistics, preparing first-day instructions, and liaising with managers to ensure a seamless start
- Assist with administration of candidate assessments
- Apply continuous improvement mentality to all aspects of work
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience serving as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a Human Resources or Recruiting department
- Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word and Excel a must
- Ability to maintain a high level of standards and positive attitude at all times
- Possess a 'no job is too big or too small' attitude
- Ability and willingness to work on-site (5 days/week)
