Our client, a fast‑paced and growing real estate law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Closing Attorney to join their team. This role is ideal for recent law school graduates or junior attorneys looking to gain hands‑on experience in real estate closings within a supportive, training‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Review closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency
- Review title abstracts, trusts, and probate documents
- Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in residential real estate closings
- Prepare and review settlement statements
- Balance files in accordance with lender instructions and funding requirements
- Manage multiple files daily in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, lenders, and real estate professionals
Requirements
- Must be barred in Georgia or actively awaiting GA bar results
- General understanding of real estate closings and settlement statements
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer‑service focused with strong communication skills
- SoftPro experience is a plus but not required
